Our wellness area includes a swimming spa (a small indoor pool with Jacuzzi and counter-current swimming), a large Finnish sauna, a massage cabin and a relaxation area with a herbal tea room.

A 5-step well-being programme:
1 - Swimming against the current
Gently tone your body in water at 32°C, swimming against the current and walking upstream. Enjoy an invigorating massage.
2 - Reclining benches with massaging water and air jets
Relax as the water and air jets loosen your muscles, resulting in immediate relaxation.
3 - Outdoor Zen area
Lie back and relax on the outdoor terrace. Enjoy the peace and quiet under the shade of a hundred-year-old beech and maple tree.
4 - Finnish sauna / Cold shower
The traditional Nordic purifying ritual. Alternating between 75° - 85° heat and cold water showers brings relaxation and well-being to body and mind. The sauna makes you feel lighter, relieves stress and fatigue and stimulates blood circulation.
5 - Indoor Zen area and herbal tea room
Relax and rehydrate your body with an organic Ardéchoise herbal tea. Enjoy a recorded meditation and relaxation therapy session to round off your visit.
